CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please call the office, email, or cancel via our online scheduler at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged a $70 fee and missed appointments will be charged a no show fee at the cost of the full visit ($110). This fee cannot be billed to your insurance company and will be your direct responsibility.

Additionally, if a patient is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice for a scheduled appointment, we will not be able to see you and we will consider this a missed appointment and the $110 no show fee will be charged.

We understand emergencies do occur and in special circumstances this fee may be waived at our discretion.
